Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Netgate Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, making sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
